Tiffany started at Rivian as a Field Service Advisor out of Bellevue, WA. She thrived in her role in Service and was soon quickly given the opportunity to work at the Normal Manufacturing plant to support production in End of Line. Through that experience she has been promoted to End of Line Manager in the plant where she oversees safety and functionality testing, quality inspections, test track evaluations, and software installations before shipment to customers.
During her stint assisting End of Line, Tiffany had mentors and support that helped propel her to the next level. “I was introduced to multiple managers throughout the company. Our Service Lab Manager out of San Jose, our Body Shop Director, two End of Line Managers and the General Assembly Director, all took me under their wing and provided ample guidance in the transition from field operations, to managing plant operations,” said Tiffany.
There are lots of great options for technicians joining Rivian. You’re not limited when you join Rivian Service. When asked what growth opportunities for Service Technicians at Rivian, Tiffany added “There are ways to become software technicians, LVE (low voltage electrical) specialists, diagnostic technicians, prototype technicians, testing and development technicians.”
